We have a strong commitment to our customers after the sale by extending superior service and support to the solutions installed at the customer site. The support services we offer are tailored to meet your specific needs.
Hours of Operation
Support services are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM (CT).
Service Options
We offer three ways to request service.
- By Phone: When placing a technical service call by phone, please call 615.242.7226 and ask to speak with our technical service dispatch.
- By Fax: When placing a technical service call by fax, please dial 615.259.4930 and send it to the attention of AccuImage Technical Service Dispatch.
- By E-mail: When placing a technical service call by e-mail, please e-mail with your company name in the subject line.
What to Expect
When requesting technical service, please have readily available:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Phone Number
- E-mail Address
- Details of Reported Problem
- Hardware: Manufacturer, Model Number and Serial Number
- Software: Manufacturer, Product Name and Version Number
- Existing Work Order Number (If Applicable)
When your request for technical service has been received by technical service dispatch, your request will be issued a work order number and assigned to a service technician. Please note the work order number as it will serve as your reference number for any further communication pertaining to this request.
The service technician will then contact the designated person at the customer site to identify and resolve the reported issue. When the technical service call has been completed, your work order will be closed and you will be sent a notification by e-mail alerting you to the completion of work and the closing of the work order.
