As our technology partners announce End of Support dates for the software AccuImage, LLC supports, we post those dates here for our customers.

Kofax Capture & Kofax Ascent Capture

Dates below are subject to change by Kofax

  • Kofax Capture 10.x is currently supported.
  • Kofax Capture 9.x is currently supported.
  • Kofax Ascent Capture 8.x reached end of support on January 1, 2013.
  • Kofax Ascent Capture & ACI Server 7.x reached end of support March 31, 2011.
  • Kofax Ascent Capture& ACI Server 6.x reached end of support July 31, 2008.
  • All versions of Kofax Ascent Capture prior to 6.x are no longer supported.

 

Kofax supports the most current Major Release and the previous Major Release of any product at any one time.

Kofax Transformation Modules

Dates below are subject to change by Kofax

  • KTM 6.x is currently supported.
  • KTM 5.x is currently supported.
  • KTM 4.x reached end of support July 26, 2014.
  • KTM 3.5 reached end of support May 21, 2011.

 

Kofax supports the most current Major Release and the previous Major Release of any product at any one time.

EMC AppXtender Suite

Dates below are subject to change by EMC

  • AppXtender Suite 8.0 is supported until October 31, 2018. Extended Support is available until October 31, 2020.
  • AppXtender Suite 7.0 SP1 is supported until January 31, 2017. Extended Support is available until January 31, 2019.
  • AppXtender Suite 7.0 is supported until January 31, 2017. Extended Support is available until January 31, 2019.
  • AppXtender Suite 6.5 SP2 is supported until June 30, 2015. Extended Support is available until June 30, 2017.
  • AppXtender Suite 6.5 reached end of Primary Support on April 30, 2013. Extended Support is available until April 30, 2015.
  • All versions of AppXtender prior to 6.5 are no longer supported.

 

EMC DiskXtender

Dates below are subject to change by EMC

  • DiskXtender 6.5 SP8 is supported until December 31, 2018.
  • DiskXtender 6.5 SP7 is supported until December 31, 2017.
  • DiskXtender 6.5 SP6 is supported until December 31, 2017.
  • DiskXtender 6.5 SP5 is supported until December 31, 2017.
  • DiskXtender 6.5 SP4 is supported until December 31, 2017.
  • All versions of DiskXtender prior to 6.5 SP4 are no longer supported.

 

Cabinet

Dates below are subject to change by Cabinet Paperless

  • Cabinet Safe software versions 10.0 and higher are currently supported.
  • Cabinet Safe software versions 9.03 reached end of support in September 2015.
  • Cabinet Safe software versions 9.0 reached end of support in December 2014.
  • Cabinet Safe software versions 8.5 reached end of support in March 2014.
  • Cabinet Safe software versions 8.0 reached end of support in May 2013.
  • All versions of Cabinet Safe prior to 8.0 are no longer supported.

 

Cabinet Paperless supports two major releases back.
